About/EXPERIENCE
In 1998, I started installing StellarView real estate software for agents (prior to FMLS online database). While in Elementary school, I was the student tech in the classroom, and learned DOS commands by getting the "terminal" IBM's off the network and searching shell commands @ C:\. In 2003, my father helped open up Century 21 Express in Hiram, GA, and I assisted with CPU installs and Windows XP setup for various agents.
While interning @ Barnes Law Group in 2007, I learned how to put computers on domain, install network printers, setup Outlook accounts, and remote control access to Windows Server 2008 R2 settings from client machines. In 2009-2011, I created various versions of estimating software for local body shop utilizing Visual Basic programming environment via Excel 2013. During my time @ UWG, I acquired hands on experience using MS SQL Server 2008, MS Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 applications.
A few years ago, I had the opportunity of working in public safety for Paulding Co. GCIC maintaining their information on NCIC/CJIS databases. While working in public safety administration, I developed multi-tasking skills, problem solving, and learning how to operate a chat-line with other agencies in time-efficient manner eliminating officer wait time in the field; furthermore, matured significantly with listening skills, dealing with non-emergency callers in various disposition and temperament.
In 2016, started working at local school district maintaining their technology - reimaging CPUs, updating, HDD & PSU replacement, website maintenance, end user training (teachers and students); my enhanced knowledge of Windows 7 Pro, Windows 10 OS, and Office 365 has allowed me to instruct many people for training purposes. Many staff members say that I'm very patient with teaching users how to navigate through various apps and interfaces.
